Good phone great price I would recommend this item

I have switched from Samsung 2 to moto pure edition since 1 month. The phone is quite good for the price but unhappy with speaker. The speaker is not loud enough to hear for 2 people. Would prefer moto x 2 or higher generation.

We bought this for a trip overseas, but have been so pleased with it that we may end up using it as a replacement for one of our carrier phones in the US. Set up was easy, everything worked well, and no complaints about the screen or the camera.

Went to buy a smartphone for my 75 year old mother and this was the phone that was recommended. She had an old flip phone and didn't know if she really wanted a smart phone or not. Now she loves it.

We bought this phone to stay connected with AT & T. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful with choosing this phone. It has done everything they said it would. My last phone was not connecting properly, no problems with this one. I love it!!

Switched from HTC, and have enjoyed this phone a lot, only thing I would change is the size... it's a little bit oversized, personal preference only. All in all, happy w my purchase, would buy it again. I recommend it!

Don't hesitate! I had to give up my galaxy note 7 so I bought this to save money and avoid another contract. It runs pure android so it was faster than my $1000 phone! Was totally amazed by it. I now have an iPhone 7+ and I actually miss this phone! Only downside is the camera is average, all else is amazing!

I read multiple reviews from around the internet and all of them rated this phone as one of the best unlocked phones on the market. For the features and the price this phone is ridiculously good.

This phone, like all previous generation Moto G's is great. If you have the extra cash, I would absolutely spring for the Moto G4+ with extra storage and 3GB RAM

This phone does exactly what I need. I don't normally take photos and this phone does not have NFC or fingerprint reader, but I don't use these anyway. Clean design that allows for expandable memory. I load up my music and podcasts and play in my car through Bluetooth connectivity. Absolutely great value!!!

Bought for my 12 year old son. Worked great on T-Mobile network. Good build, display and features at the price point. Son dropped it in water, and it's no longer working. So don't drop in water.

A solid well built device this is. Nearly stock android, so most of the time you don't realize you're using a low end chip. As it's smooth and relatively fast. Also has a decent camera with great audio recording.

I had a 2nd generation Moto G that I really liked, but it was getting pretty old. I got this new phone for Christmas and really like it. The larger size is nice and I like that it isn't preloaded with a bunch of junk that I don't want.

Between me and my siblings, we purchased this phone for my Dad's birthday. He had the very first generation so he was really due for an updated phone. He really likes it and that makes us happy too! Now he has emojis like we do! :)

As with anything new in electronics, there is a learning curve. A little bit big since I keep it in my pocket. That is why only 4 at this time. Functionally, it has been a great phone. Better battery life, great.

Overall, the phone is great - bright screen, all the great Moto features I was looking for though, I am bummed they backed off the 'Waterproof' protection. It is also BIG in my pocket - or am I glad to see you?

This is an OK phone but wouldn't say "great." My LG Ultimate II, a phone that cost half as much had more features, was more reliable, and is just a much better phone than the Moto G4. The address book is not laid out as nice--was easier to choose a contact on my LG than on this Moto. The Moto auto-rotates if you breathe on it and is then hard to restore orientation. I can't always use back arrow to return to previous screen so sometimes I end up with multiple windows open which i then have to close individually. I can't even remember. I just know I'm sorry I purchased the Moto G4.
