I observed that the phone screen always shuffles and not at all responsive. If I open messages, it will open some other app. The issue is not only with one app Nd it is across all apps. Not at all happy with performance.

That's weird. We usually do some troubleshooting steps to figure what could be the cause and what should be done with what our users are experiencing. Resetting the device is a good one. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had this phone for less than 7 months and now, it turns off sometimes when watching videos or going on Snapchat or Instagram and play stories that have sound, even when uploading stories and listening the preview, it would just turn off without any warning, specially on a lower than 50% battery charge. That's really annoying and today it has happened at least 4 times. It also disconnects from gps sometimes when navigating on background, usually also when making Instagram or Snapchat stories. I have dropped it some times (as it would happen to any phone) so I don't know if that's the reason, which shouldn't since these phones are supposed to be made to resist drops or regular falls from hand or pocket.

Since you have multiple issues, I suggest backing up your stuff and perform a factory reset and see if that would help. Perform a factory reset through Settings with the Automatic Restore disabled to make sure issues or problems won't come back.
