This is an excellent smartphone for those individuals looking for a step up smartphone. The Moto G 4th gen has the latest OS, a nice camera for the price point and is very responsive for a 200 dollar smartphone.

Great phone, easy to use. Simply popped in my Verizon sim card and done. However the staff in the cell phone Dept were less than helpful.

The screen is gorgeous and the device is super responsive. It runs circles around any Samsung device I've had, it's so nice to not have so much bloatware running in the background and taking up hard drive space. My only quibbles are that there is a faint stutter in Bluetooth streaming to my Ford Fusion, the camera needs a little bit longer to focus and the Wifi doesn't always automatically connect to known networks.

Love this phone, feels great in hand, speedy, gets a little warm when charging. Does not have a bunch of useless apps built in. Good battery life with normal to lite heavy, use. For 200 bucks you cant beat it.

This was to replace my old/broken Galaxy S3. I really liked my old S3 but since it was over 3 Yr old and needed to be replaced and I didn't want to spend the 800+ they want for the Apple or Galaxy S7 I thought I would try this. That was an excellent choice, It far outperforms my old S3 and, as near as I can tell it is pretty much on par with my wife's Apple 6S+. It does everything I want and more - quickly and cleanly. Perhaps the camera isn't as good as the top-tier phones but it would be impossible for me to tell. Seems just as fast as the others and the screen is excellent.

Was looking for a mid priced unlocked phone and this fit the bill. So far have no complaints.

I recently purchased this phone with no expectations. I took the advise of a Best Buy person who helped me at the time. This has turned out to be a nice investment for the price I paid (about $200). It's perfect for a guy like me who is not the most techy w/basic & simple needs (checking email, text & FB). The phone takes decent quality pics & videos. I believe it even allows for me to use an SD card for added memory. This Motorola product is a smart & solid purchase. I would certainly recommend to family & friends.

I am not phone savvy but this android phone fits well in my non-apple world. The ease of setting it up and transferring data was welcoming. It is a bit larger screen than the Iphone 6 and my previous Galaxy S5 but the trade off it is viewing video is more enjoyable.

I have bought these to replace broken phones before I was able to renew the lines. Works great on Verizon. Great phone for the price.

good smartphone. it was easy to setup. camera was good. I wish it had dual sim options.

Great processor, descent camera, does the basics. Never played any games but works well with movie streaming.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy which turned out to be locked. Purchased this because it was available in the store as one of the few unlocked options. I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this purchase

Great phone. Super fast. Bests my old Samsung S5 at everything. The included turbo charger is amazing. Only problem was the lack of cases selection.

Purchased this phone for my husband for his birthday and the best buy salesman was very helpful during and after the sale, helped my husband set up the phone and transfer contacts and mail with great patience. phone suddenly stopped working just before one year and they were still very helpful in trying to get it up and running. but it didn't. contacted Motorola and had a difficult time getting them to honor warranty. have a refurbished one now hope it last....!

It a pretty good phone, not bad for those people that want to be off phone contracts. You are able to change easily from one phone service provider to another. The applications that it has it's good. The only problem is that what you see at the store, you end up seeing something different with them applications later. The problem is, every time there is a new up date that is downloaded, your phone works a bit differently from how it use to. Other than that, it's not that bad after all.

The phone is perfect for my everyday use !!! This phone is very easy to use for anyone. I recommend this to all that are looking for a NEW phone.
