My "old" Samsung Note 2 stopped working without warning. After Best Buy Samsung rep could not resurrect it, it was necessary for me to replace it immediately. I was offered many options by the sales rep. I did not want to increase my phone bill by "financing" a phone. Purchased this phone outright. After the purchase went online to see the ratings. I have been totally satisfied with the sales rep recommendation and my decision. Have recommended this phone to others.

I bought this phone as a backup device while my LG G4 was out for repair. This phone has been an excellent value for me. It cost about a third of the LG G4 and is only a little less powerful; not really noticeable to me. I almost continued using it as my main phone once the other phone was repaired. I have had zero problems with this phone.

When I bought this phone, Best Buy had a deal going on where you would receive a $50 gift card with it. After a few months of using the phone, the only problem I have had is it will glitch out every once and a while, but if you restart the phone it will go back to normal. Other than that, I haven't had any problems and it has worked great :)

I like that the phone has 16gb plus you can purchase a memory card to install. This is good for my teenage son. The helpnwe got from the associate was great he was very knowledgeable with the technology as well as best phone to suit my son as a beginner phone.

I looked at several unlocked phones and the Motorola Moto G was reasonably priced and works with TracFone.

If you are looking for a Sturdy phone with all necessary features and reliability, this a phone to go, Had used previous versions of the phone and dropped so many times for the screen to get a crack and then finally it did and now again bought the same model.
