But as a starter phone or one that is primarily going to be used by a 12 year old getting her first phone then I totally recommend it! Seems to be working quite well considering how little I had to shell out for it.

My husband says it won't turn on most of the time unless he plugs the phone in even after it was charged all night. It freezes a lot. For the price I paid I guess I can't complain.

I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles, so I selected this phone. The only problem that I've had so far is the speaker fades in and out. No consistency there. Otherwise, not really a bad phone for the money.
