Good Phone For A Beginner

Phone has problems, calls sent directly to voicema

Intermittently ,calls are sent directly to voicemail without the phone ringing. This is a serious problem, an emergency contact might not be received and could be a matter of life or death.I purchased two of these phones and will be returning both of them.

Not user friendly for new smartphone users

He has always had a flip phone and doesn't utilize the smartphone features. He was talked into this one by a salesperson while we were at Best Buy and he is having a lot of trouble with it. All the rest of us who are "smart-phone-savvy" are having a really hard time figuring this one out as well.
