Looks good, price also low, very good for home use, battery life is not good

I had to return to best buy 3 times for same problem. It said my Sim card was not reading. First time best buy rep. send me to att and they put in a new Sim. The second time the rep.said he corrected the problem, but when I returned home, the same problem existed. When I returned they said it was past 14 days and they couldn' t replace ( I had the phone for 21 days). I was told I had to contact Motorola with my problem. Finally I talked to a best buy manager and he exchanged my phone.

So, many of you may have heard of ghost touches occurring while the phone is plugged in. This one does it even when it's not charging. Was a great phone at first.

This phone shut down and I was never able to open it again. No amount of charging, resetting, etc worked, I never dropped it, got it wet …nothing. It just shut down and that was it. I had to get a new phone.

The Android operating system is average. Applications slow down sometimes.

Miss my iphone.hopefully this android phone will last me for few months

I was excited about the prospect of another phone from Motorola. I was expecting it would be a quality product similar to the little flip phone which was my first cell phone. At first it looked like I had found that phone, but then the problem started showing up. First the Google Assistant kept coming up when it was not wanted. Then the phone started acting like I was actually doing things with the touch screen when I was not. Keeping the screen meticulously clean helps a little, but not for long. I was disappointed to learn that the screen sensitivity is not adjustable. The problem is getting worse and often times will lock up the phone making it very hard to shut it off and reboot since the battery is not removable. I would be giving a lower score than one star if it were possible.

We got this phone because the sales guy told us it was a good phone for my teenage Son. My Son complains about the speed of this phone all the time. His games will freeze and videos won't play. This only happens when he is using data. When he is on wifi everything works fine. Price was $200.

Price tag 150$ not 200$ because you get 50$ worth of gift card. Now that is some money. For that price one can get unlocked phone. That gives a freedom to switch to any career of your choice. Octa-core it is very fast. It has good performance on the video gaming, Watching video and opening documents. Next there is no bloatware which is really good. Sound is okay. But the audio on the phone is excellent. Camera is really good with the price tag. For the budget phone this is really a good option.

I always liked Motorola and had owned one many years ago but this phone was a nightmare. Difficult to navigate between applications or even find where they were on the phone. I tried taking video and it got heated very fast.

Is very lightweigh and take good picture. And also is thin.

After only 3 weeks the screen jerks and freezes and buttons don't always work. Also Volume Button Fell Off. Would like my money back but the store won't help me cause it's after 14 days. What goes wrong in 14 days
