Good phone for the price, from a known brand

I was looking for a budget unlocked phone, and this was perfect for what I needed. Sure, it is not meant for power users but is more than sufficient for my needs. The screen is very good with a large screen and looks nice, but it's not high definition resolution. The wifi while watching videos can lag behind sometimes depending on the video, where it can struggle at 720p and up. It has a very good UI and cameras that have many options in photography. The battery life lasts about 2 days with normal use. Setup takes quite awhile, due to updates and will take time to get everything updated and set up. The good news is that Android 13 was available to download. I updated the phone from Android 12 to Android 13 and have had no issues so far, same performance. Calling and the signal is great, where I can hear clearly and the microphones are very good too even if I have a soft voice. Performance is not bad, and it is usable for average use. It is not unbearably slow, but don't expect flagship speeds. It is fast for what it is, not laggy or slow. The storage is low at 32GB, but can be expanded with a micro SD card. Overall, I am satisfied with this phone and highly recommend it and I am impressed with the Motorola brand. This has been my daily driver for many days now, and I don't have any complaints. I was wary due to online reviews, but it works just fine. It's not a flagship with the hefty price, but it works for what it is.

Not worth your $100. Was expecting better. This phone does the basic stuff, but nothing too great. It’s very slow when loading apps and it freezes and shuts down when used with certain apps on android auto. The browser also reloads pages every time you open it. Also, the speaker started malfunctioning during calls. The fingerprint reader is also slow. Only the battery is decent. I would suggest spending more for a responsive phone.

Hi Steve, we're sorry to hear that you are encountering concerns on your device where it freezes and auto reset itself. Let me help you with that! May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you. Good for younger kids

I got 2 of these for my younger girls without a cellphone line so they can be used like ipods. So far they work great for my to girls.

Phone excellent. Customer service is terrible- it took twenty minutes to get help and they were useless. I will honestly try never to shop Best consistently horrible cust. service. Especially at the Destin FL store.
