Hi EbrahimM, We’re sorry to hear that your phone is freezing and running slowly due to limited storage. To help improve performance, please try the following steps: check your available storage by going to Settings > Storage, and free up space by deleting unused apps, old photos, videos, and files. You can also clear app cache for frequently used apps by going to Settings > Apps > select the app > Storage & cache > Clear cache. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. After freeing up space, restart the phone and make sure all apps and the device software are fully up to date under Settings > Security & privacy > Updates. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems.
