    Badly written software. Keeps doing this annoying ding dong sound for news headlines without an obvious way to disable. Support is useless

    This phone is a 4G phone that is very slow and not very easy to use. it's very disappointed

    no sim card said unlock can't put it on cricket got it for my 6 year old grandson turns off all the time have to restart.

    The Best Buy guy sent me out the door with the wrong SIM card. Customer Service kept trying to say that I was doing something wrong.

    Purchased this phone and it did not have a sim card. Without a sim card can't use the phone. I wouldn't waste the money I would not purchase it sgain

    Took it overseas it wouldn't work. Doesn't even g have French language. Came back from my trip Best Buy wouldn't refund me and take it back because it's past 14 days. Was it my fault I was overseas? Is that how you reward loyalty?
