Purchased the 64gb version G4 and a cricket universal sim. Phone has been excellent and online upgrade and activation from my previous cricket samsung device was relatively easy. Phone is fast and the screen is beautiful. Very glad I went with the plus model with the fingerprint sensor which unlocks and opens the phone at the same time with a touch. I also have an Iphone 6 and haven't had any issues confusing the fingerprint sensor for the home button.
Wish it had NFC but that was no deal breaker for me.

I'm very happy with the speed, look, and feel of this phone. The Android OS is clean and not packed with carrier specific apps that I don't want or need. The screen is bright and very clear. The response time is fast. The finger print reader works very quickly and seamlessly. I have no complaints with this phone and would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this phone as a temporary device to replace my broken Galaxy S6 Edge. I am pretty happy with it overall, but I am already upgrading to another device. The big pros for this phone were that the battery lasts all day, I have plenty of storage, the fingerprint sensor is so responsive, and the camera is pretty sweet too. The downsides are that the device freezes occasionally when playing intensive games, loading big documents through google docs, and when using spotify.
Pros:
+Great Battery
+Lots of storage Space
+Excellent Camera for the price
+Super responsive fingerprint sensor
Cons:
-Sometimes freezes when playing game
-Would occasionally freeze with Spotify
Overall I recommend this phone to anyone who is looking in this price range, but if you have a few more bucks to spare then I would suggest the Honor 8 or the Axon 7.

I purchased this phone at the time of its release. This is a very slim and light phone with very good screen. The color of the screen is as good or even slightly better than my iphone 6 plus. The camera is good too and not worse than my iphone 6 plus. The finger print sensor on this phone is extremely fast, much faster than my iphone 6 plus and much more convenient to use than my iphone 6 plus. I would say at its price range, you can barely find a better phone.

I just got this phone yesterday to replace an iPhone 5s. So far so good. The screen is way bigger and the camera is 100x better than iPhone was. I hope it stays this good.

Came from a Samsung Galaxy S3 to the Moto G4 Plus and I am very happy with the speed and quality of the phone. Bought 2 of these and will be buying a 3rd soon.

My Pros/Cons list:
Pros:
-Great specs for price
-Pure Android experience, very clean! No carrier junk apps
-No Manufacture junk apps. Samsung is the worst for that.
-Full day's charge in just 15 minutes!
-16GB-64GB Internal/upto 128 Expandable SD Storage.
-Super lightweight
Cons:
-Camera has improved, still not a first choice in this phone tho.
-Unlike is previous generation, not water/dust resistant
-Unless you're going for more internal storage, get the regular
-Most FRAGILE phone I've ever used.
-Absolutely ZERO Shock/impact resistance. Any drop will shatter the phone
-It has the Motorola brand but it's
My Review for it:
I was initially going to give this phone a 5 star as Motorola did a great job as far as specs and performance goes but the screen is by far the most fragile screen I have ever seen on any phone and I haven't had mine for a week yet and the screen shattered in my pocket when I leaned next to a counter like I always do at work when I have other phones in my pocket and I test various phones all the time as I work in the mobile industry. This phone is more for someone who has no active life at all or has no wooden/tile floors in their home and best if phone is kept in an extra protective case but be warned it can still break. Anything can break this phone so if you go out I highly recommend just leaving your phone in your car or at home as it will be a lot safer out of your pocket. I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. for the price I'd rather recommend the Nexus 5X, Oneplus X, Oneplus 2 or Nexus 5.

The phone is great for the money, but dealing with Motorola is impossible. I have had numerous glitches with the screen and menus. The phone freezes while in standby almost daily. Worst of all, the USB port wasn't soldered properly and now my phone won't charge. Motorola/Lenovo has the worst customer service. They continue to fight me over wanting a warranty claim. I guess that is what I get for buying a launch G4+ instead of waiting. $300 down the drain.

After only 3 months the phone wouldn't respond to touch, it would go to any screen it wanted no matter what I did, if I went into the phone menu it would just start dialing any #, nothing worked correctly, still well within warranty I called Motorola, 3 times, they were beyond useless, didn't speak English well, nothing they told me to do worked in any way, maybe I got a bad phone as it was never dropped or misused, it happens, but Motorola didn't seem to care at all, they got my $$, but they'll never get another dime from me or anyone I know.

I spent a fair amount of time researching which phone I wanted to go with, moving away from Windows Phone. The Moto G Plus was new, had the SD card reader I wanted, was unlocked, and didn't have too much OEM software. The touch screen periodically went berserk on the keyboard, sending crazy text messages, and the built in music app would not read any of my legitimately purchased .MP3 files, purchased from Amazon and the Windows Store. The phone also reset my home screen after disabling all of the default Google apps.

I bought 2 for Christmas gifts. They worked fine for the first month or so then started turning on and off at will. Now they often won't connect to wi-fi
and are eating through the data plan. They have been totally frustrating.
