This is the best budget phone you can get under $300 that will work on all US carriers. The camera isnt of the best quality but thats to be expected anything better will cost a lot more. The screen is probably the best on any phone in this price range.

I purchased this phone as a replacement for my Nexus 5X because it has all the features I needed and most of the features I wanted. PROS * The fingerprint reader * 4GB of RAM * 64GB storage * Latest version of Android CONS * No NFC * Camera is okay -- not as good as the Nexus 5X Even now that the G5 Plus is out I still think that the G4 Plus is a solid purchase and highly recommend it.

Jury is still out. Since this is my first smart phone, I have little to compare it to. I can say it takes great pictures. I'm disappointed with how much more difficult it is to use than my trusty-old flip-phone. My hope is that in time, I will get used to the advantages and learn to love it. It WAS a bargain.

Watched many online reviews, tutorials, etc. before purchasing. The positives easily outweighed the negatives and Best Buy had a great deal. Now the Nougat upgrade is readily available to this phone. On it constantly and enjoying it. In fairness, my first true Smartphone, so I can't compare to others.

the moto g4 plus gives the full android experience with all the bells and whistles. It was so east to set up that it was hard to believe that it was an unlocked phone. I had a moto g lte edition and loved it; this one is the big brother. I am also pleased to see that the Motorola group inside Lenovo is still cranking out great phones and offering customer support outside of network contracts.

its like having a little computer in my pocket, . I'm not a teck guy and I didn't use my cell for any thing but calls , pictures and texts. now I'm using it for emails and social media, the larger screen is perfect, haven't used my tablet since I got this. the sales guy that helped me was great, he set the phone up and transferred all my information from my old phone without a problem. love it

I purchased the Motorola Moto G4 Plus about five weeks ago. It is a significant improvement over my previous smartphone. The difference in these units will require some time to find how the Moto G4 uses it's design to access the information you are seeking. So far I am pleased and you cannot disregard the cost savings you get with the Moto G4.

I was expecting it to be more of an incremental upgrade from my Nexus 5X, but it's a big step up. Much better screen, significantly faster, fingerprint reader, and nice form factor. While it may not be at the same level as the Pixel, it's hard to get more phone per dollar.

Overall great phone, excellent camera and very good display.
