My Motorola Phone I purchased a week before

Do not buy if you wear hearing aids

If I can even get the phone to pair, it is unable to control the volume. This was not an issue with an older, cheaper phone so I know it's not caused by the hearing aids.

Need more knowledge about items purchased

I found out, from my carrier, that it only uses an esim (which they provided) I mention this bc I took my Samsung w/me so the staff at BestBuy could remove the sim and put it in the Motorola. I wonder why they did not know it only uses an esim?
