Good, but not quite all there

When it came I think it was missing the plug that is needed to charge the phone. I don't know what might have happened to the plug, but since I had an older version plug, I just used it to charge the phone.

Worst Purchase Ever!!

Its too heavy and too big making it awkward to handle. WAY too many apps, most of which are useless. Difficult to find what you actually need on the phone, and screen changes back to default without warning. This latest technology overload is NOT always the best!!! Here's a thought - instead if trying to shove EVERY app into view on the phone, why not have 90% of this crap hidden in the background and only brought into view when ACTUALLY needed and prompted!!

Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
