Horrible Experience !!

I ordered the phone on best buy website and picked up the order at store. When I opened the box I see the phone not wrapped and looks like used with finger prints all over. I went to best buy store to return the product. I was told by representative that I will be charged a restock fee of $45 as I opened the box. When I told it looks like a used product they told they cannot do anything and need to talk to customer care for further assistance. When I talked to customer care they insisted the same to pay the restock fee for return. I asked them to connect me to there supervisor. They kept me on long hold and disconnected the call.
In first place they never told there is a return restocking fee when placed the order and sold me a used product. Now asking me pay the fee for the used product which is used.

This was an upgrade from the 2023 model. The one thing that stood out is the clarity of the screen. Much brighter than last years model.

This phone is a real good quality. I was pleasantly surprised at how much you can do with and how easily I could transfer all my apps and important stuff that I use every day.

Never was reimbursed for this phone I had paid cash for and returned to the Round Rock Best Buy Store. Still wondering why I have not been given credit for this.

Good inexpensive $200.00 phone, doesn't come with a charger.

Do not buy if you wear hearing aids

Hearing aid connectivity is poor. If I can even get the phone to pair, it is unable to control the volume. This was not an issue with an older, cheaper phone so I know it's not caused by the hearing aids.

I purchased this bc my Samsung had an issue and needed a phone for foreign travel. I found out, from my carrier, that it only uses an esim (which they provided)
I mention this bc I took my Samsung w/me so the staff at BestBuy could remove the sim and put it in the Motorola.
I wonder why they did not know it only uses an esim?
