The only why I did this because I needed more storage. Motorola puts out tough products ans main reason I stick with Motorola.

Great screen, fast processor, pictures look great. Can't understand why someone would pay 5xs as much for a phone when the moto g power has it all.

Motorola had a few bloatware apps that were easy to delete..have had iPhone and Samsung (way to many Samsung apps).. Motorola seems to have the best bang for you buck..not to concerned about several years of updates..one android update and 3 security updates work for me..most people would upgrade to another phone around 3 years...so far no problems..I did upgrade from a moto g power 5g 2023( no problems with the power 2023)... upgraded for the pay with phone and wireless charging is an extra..Best Buy no problems.. helpful, friendly and knowledgeable..

Adam De La Torre on Mueller Geek Squad is a Star!

We went in to the Mueller Best Buy and were able to talk to Adam De La Torre within 20 minutes without an appt. Adam was extremely helpful, polite and professional and he went the extra mile after an initial unexpected problem he found a way to resolve it and got our phone unlocked for us. Adam's service and attitude was exemplary and Best Buy is lucky to have him on their Geek Squad. He's a rock star!
