Way too fragile, with a case on, the screen still exploded the only time it fell. Battery always took a long time to charge, to a quick time to die, just a terrible purchase

The phone that I bought two weeks ago has waited until two days after the return period to become difficult. All I am asking them to do is to exchange it for a MORE expensive model. Of course, they say its too late; I know they can override if they want. Now I'm STUCK with a phone on day 17 that I don't like and on which the internet can not work sometimes, Google maps doesn't load, the screen freezes, and the battery only goes about six-seven hours.

The phone keeps shutting down and starting over again and again. Defective phone. Bought as an open box item with excellent rating. Not the case on this particular phone.

Phone hangs and camera quality is not great. I would rather spend more and get a real phone

For camera quality, make sure your lens is clean and that the app is updated, and try adjusting camera settings for lighting and resolution. Have not turned the phone on yet. Still sour after having a black Friday deal reversed because I was a day late.

I do not like this phone. I have had problems with it since the day I bought it. I would have returned it had I not gotten sick and the returned time expired. I did not know you only have 15 days to return the phone.

Was supposed to be new and was charged for new but when I got home and removed from bag factory seal was broken, charging block was missing and protective covering was removed from phone. At that point I have no way of proving so I could not return.

It says the phòne is unlocked but it was not
And I was even charged $45 for restocking fee which was really very wrong,since it was not my fault. And the lady fr.the store was really very rude!

This is the worst phone I purchased over the 20 years. Always restart by itself. Screen has a line at a random place. I cannot return it since problems appears after 2 weeks careful usage. I will never purchase any motor phone in the future. DO NOT BUY this phone sincerely!
