Phone is way faster than the Samsung A 20 I upgraded from and vastly more memory for the price. I was able to move sim card over with ease from old phone with T-Mobile. Oddly enough, a friend had to use the transfer app with MetroPCS instead, simply switching the sim card over did not work for him. Only issues I have had so far is in some apps the bottom 3 buttons stop working occasionally and I have to hit the clear all apps button and open it back up and it works fine. Besides that, this is a great phone for the price.

The title says it all, this phone won't wow you, nor will it disappoint you, at least as long as your expectations are realistic. It's not cutting edge, the software is nearly pure Android 13, the battery life is good, and it has enough power for everyday work. I use this as a courier, so it sees hours of hard work and while the battery can't handle the whole day, it does make it through most of it, and it recharges quickly.

Easy purchase. App worked well, no issues with the process. Delivery when promised. Thus far, the phone performs as hoped. For a basic phone, it delivers good speed, decent onboard memory, a good display and a serviceable (though not exceptional by any means) camera. Battery life thus far has been really good - go virtually all day, using the phone pretty constantly. And, as a bonus, I got a $100 Best Buy gift card with the purchase. I'm satisfied.

It's a good phone for the price. Easy to use, nice screen, nice camera, & decent battery life. Plenty of speed & storage for my use.

I HAD TO RETURN PHONE, AFTER 7 DAYS, BATTERY WOULD NOT HOLD CHARGE? AND THE PHONE GOT EXTREMELY HOT WHILE CHARGING AND AFTER FULLY CHARGED! BUT THE PHONE IS SLIM, LIGHT WEIGHT, LOT OF STORAGE SPACE(256GB) AND WAS SIMPLE TO OPERATE BECAUSE IT WAS SIMILAR TO THE MOTO 7 POWER I WAS REPLACING! I THINK IT WAS A REALLY GREAT PHONE, JUST HAD A DEFECTIVE BATTERY! GREAT PRICE , THAT'S BEEN REDUCED $50 (NOW $199.99) SINCE I PURCHASED IT AT ($249.99). OH, THE CAMERA IS EXCEPTIONAL CLARITY.

I absolutely love this phone. I'm not a on my phone, married to it, can't stop looking at it type of person. I have a life but when I need to do something it does everything I need and the price was ideal instead of buying like $1,000 for phone which is insane. Very happy with all the features. Am going to buy again for my family members once they need new ones. No longer going to buy renewed phones off Amazon.

This is a Great new phone, its ability to handle multiple tasks and still process quickly is amazing and its battery life is amazing being able to hold a charge for up to 3 days depending on how you use the phone and the factory storage size is 256 gigabytes, also the phone has a 50 megapixel quad core camera.

I have always been a fan of Motorola Cell Phones, going all the way back to the very first Android Phones. I worked for Verizon Wireless from 2008 to 2013 and during that time had numerous Droid phones. I also had the first Moto X in 2013 and at the time it was the absolute best phone for it size, features and feel in the hand. Fast forward to 2024 and I think that Motorola still offers and exceptional value in the mobile phone market. I am coming from a Pixel 6 Pro so of course the Moto G Power 2023 is a bit of a downgrade, but for me it was about cost. I could not justify the exorbitant cost of some of these newer phones. What I love about this phone is that the battery life is always enough to get me through a full day of use. I like the Moto Actions that you only find on the Motorola Phones like chop to turn on the flashlight or twist to open the camera. The speakers are loud and clear. Also, the reception is exceptional on this phone. My wife has an iPhone 15 Pro and there are so many times that my phone has service and hers does not. I also like the 3.5mm headset jack and FM Radio, which I actually use quite often when going on walks in the summer. My only complaints about this device is the rather dim display in bright sunlight and the difficulty getting clear pictures of moving objects. While these might be deal-breakers for some, I think that they are a fair trade-off for saving hundreds of dollars on a phone when it does most everything quite well!

Bought this for my wife who is notoriously hard on phones. So far this phone has been superb especially considering how inexpensive it was. The camera is outstanding, the phone handles 15 open apps with ease and it is quick. Sound quality is about what you would expect but since everyone is using some sort of bluetooth earbuds or speakers anyways it is not an issue. For the price this phone is exceptional!

Bought this phone a few months ago and it's been great since. Camera is good and takes really nice photos. The storage is amazing as well. I have been able to download multiple apps with no issues. The only downside is my screen cracked after the first accidental drop. I would definitely recommend buying a case along with the phone from the get go to save you any issues.

Very nice phone. I replaced my 5 year old Motorola phone with this Moto G Power 5G because I figured it would be easy to understand and utilize. I was right! The Power 5G is a sleek, slender phone, with a few new features that I'm still learning about. I haven't taken any videos with it yet, but the camera is pretty easy to point and shoot. Worth it if you like your tech straightforward and easy to use.

Great camera, great DAC and software to listen to music and videos, great looking screen, long battery life, and feels nice to use. Getting used to the new Android UI took a bit though and is missing some features from previous Android OS versions, but the phone itself has been perfect for what I need and want.
