It runs smoothly, stylus is nice, and battery life even survives Pokemon GO community day. Very easy to customize and personalize, and it works SO nicely for how cheap it is compared to bigger brands. The 2021 version lasted me four years before I broke it, I can expect this one to last just as long hopefully.

Motorola Stylus 5G 2025
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a solid phone. I had the 2022 Stylus and Best Buy had the Pantone one for a $100.00 off. The only downside on that was that it was online only. Delivery to the store was fine (and a day ahead of schedule). This phone is definitely brighter than the 2022 model. Seems faster too. The charging speed is fantastic even with only a 45 watt charger (just a generic PD charger). From what I've read, this phone should get Android 17 but with (probably) limited Security updates. That's always been the knock on Motorola mid-range and lower end phones. On the lower end I get it, but if you're paying $400.00+ for a phone - 5 years ought to be the minimum software life cycle. If Samsung and Google can do it - so can Motorola.

Great phone that offers great performance

The build quality I feel is really nice and the phone feels good in your hands. I love the fact it offers expandable memory, and frankly this was the primary reason behind my purchase I feel this feature is to valuable in today's world not to have the ability to get extra memory. I was a Samsung guy, but the fact they took this expandable memory away was the reason for me to seek another phone. I think the price is fair and it's a great device for the value paid.

Motorola Moto G 5G Stylus 2025 Review

I wasn't happy with the brightness on that one but this new Motorola Moto G 5G stylus 2025 us great for the bright screen. I keep finding myself turning down the brightness indoors. I got the 256G memory version. I've had no hint of it being slow for any operation. I've also had no issues with connections on the phone. I'm with T-Mobile in Southern California. I drive all over for work and haven't had any issues with getting a signal.

Right out of the box, the speed and performance really impressed me. Apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and everything just runs effortlessly, no lag or slowdown at all. The camera quality is really good for a phone at this price point. The photos come out sharp, vibrant, and detailed, even in lower light conditions. I wasn’t expecting flagship-level shots, but honestly, it comes surprisingly close. And let’s talk about that price point, absolutely on point. This phone is an absolute steal for what you’re getting in terms of features, speed, and camera performance. Motorola nailed it this year. If you're looking for a reliable, fast phone with a great camera and solid stylus features without breaking the bank, the G Stylus 2025 is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Upgrade from 2020 to 2025

Only replacing it because of lack of 5g and battery has lost about 20% of its capacity. Going from the 2020 to the 2025 is a significant speed upgrade, with a considerable RAM and ROM upgrade. It feels more premium than the other one and the screen has been improved. Overall she likes it and hopes it last as long as her old one does.

Good replacement for my needs

I have found the battery life an improvement. My last one was only 1 year old when the battery swelled up and popped the rear cover off, a dangerous situation. Using the facilities of Google for back ups the transfer of data to the new phone was relatively painless. Instead of days to re-establish my preferences, it only took a couple of hours. I have some specific programs that are not used by the common person (medical) so my situation was unique. Had the battery not gone bad on the last one I might still be using it.

Worth the money

They all last about 2 years before the software and the batteries are done. It does everything I need, charges fast, and the battery lasts all day. My only complaint is the the camera could be better.
