The reception with this phone is terrible. I have other Cricket phones that cost much less and more expensive that I can definitely hear others and they hear me when I'm talking. This cell phone really needs to be reevaluated. I should have purchased a warranty but didn't on my first one. So I purchased another phone seeking a reasonable priced phone and turns out, this was the same one. I had the same identical issues. Needless to say, this is going back to the store.
