I upgraded from a prepaid Verizon Motorola 16 gig, love the screen size, pictures. However there are times it says there is no internet when my other devices are connected and I have to go into settings and fix. And cannot get separate times for message and email notifications.

This phone has many of the same features as the higher dollar phones I saw on display but at a much more reasonable price. This phone came unlocked so it will work with many different carriers which gave me options as to which carrier and which plans fit me best.

Good battery life, Wi-Fi calling, ample RAM & memory. I use this mainly for calls, texts, GPS and internet. I like the size, screen and the finger print reader works fine. Camera pictures are pretty good, features are basic and easy to use. Works with Metro PCS.

After my 24 year old son did a lot of research he chose this phone over any iPhone. This phone is excellent for anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money for a phone. Long battery life that is outstanding! It has fingerprint recognition. And the size feels good in my hand. Great phone & the price was unbeatable!

Hello, My entire family is using Motorola cellphone. It is very good product as per use and photos. Recently, I bought Moto G6 Play. Size of the screen is very good as per budget. I am getting 1080 HD screen with 32 GB internal storage. Price is such comfortable with starting version Android 8.0.

My moto G6 phone is outstanding. I was glad to stop buy the store. Okay ,,,Battery life...23hrs and more. operational fuctions very easy, Left operating manual at the store. still figured it out. Will be back next month to buy another phone for my wife.. Not bad for a Caulk and Slate man.....

I bought 2 of these 2 weeks ago. One replaces my old Galaxy S5 and the other replaces my wife's LG Stylo 2V. Even though some of the speed tests show that this phone is slower than my S5 and no faster than the Stylo 2V, we both find it as fast or faster doing the things that we use our phones for. We don't play games, so I can't speak to it's performance for that. The screen resolution is fine for the screen size and that probably helps with the speed vs the higher resolution of the S5. I also like that Motorola doesn't load up the phone with useless apps like Samsung did on the S5. The Stylo 2V was also free of LG added apps. An advantage of getting an unlocked phone is the lack of more useless Verizon apps that come with a branded phone. I can only speak to Verizon on this point. Getting 3GB of RAM and 32GB of memory in a $200 phone is a bargain in my mind. The battery life is great and it is the primary reason that we chose the G6 Play over the better spec G6.

If you're looking for a great phone and don't have to have or don't want to pay for the latest and greatest, the G6 Play is a great choice. Does everything you need s phone to do and has an incredible 4000mah battery. You can't go wrong with this or the Moto G6.

I purchased this phone for my high school age son. I didn't want to spend a ton of $$$ on a phone (iPhone and Galaxy S series are out). I'd heard so many issues about the Samsung J series - their cheaper phones - and didn't want to get something that wouldn't work. This phone actually is far nicer than I would have expected. The battery lasts for a nice long time, it's reasonably fast, and the photos are nice (not as great as my S9+ but for sub $200???) It doesn't crash, it runs programs well, and it has enough memory to last us for awhile. If I didn't KNOW that this was a relatively inexpensive phone, I wouldn't guess it. I would hands down buy this one again.

Can't beat the price for an unlocked phone! After over 2 years of normal use, the phone is starting to show "unplanned" obsolescence, but it still works for my use. Hopefully, I can get another year out of it.

Nice size phone for my big hands. Takes good pictures and not loaded with crap you don't want. I really like the price for this unlocked phone for whatever service provider you have.

For less than $200 I have plenty if memory, a great camera, and battery that lasts all day even with heavy use. Very satisfied with product and in store service which got me up and running in a lunch break! Thanks so much, Best Buy and Motorola!

Lost a samsung G8, need a phone replacement not as expensive galaxy s8 anf this phone is exactly that. Camera is good and it has a finger print scanner. So far it has work well.

This is a great value level phone. The battery life is awesome, screen is excellent, and it works well for every function. The only negative on it is the bottom facing speaker, not the greatest, but overall I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

The phone has great capacity and a good camera . It was to insert the sim card to start using the phone. Good battery life. I would recommend the phone

Great phone at a great price. The camera is excellent, no more dropped calls in areas with poor signals, I use it for business and the Square app is fast on it. Very happy for a good phone that didn't break the bank.

Full disclosure: I bought this phone to have a recent Android OS for testing purposes. I have not used the actual phone on a carrier, so cannot comment on actual phone (voice) use or data. I am very impressed with this phone for the money. The screen is bigger than the screen of an iPhone 8 Plus; slightly narrower but about 7/16" taller. The performance while not a leader is adequate for many apps. I didn't by it for gaming but I'm sure it will do many of the average game. I bought it for work needs but it's the first Android phone I've spent much time with and if I had to do over what I'd by my kids for first phones, it'd be something like this one. Again, great phone for the money - $200 on sale.

Great phone, old moto play was dying, replaced with new version and I'm very happy. Camera is excellent and I have more storage capacity.

I'll keep my review short. The performance is on par with a 3 year old flagship device which means it's good but definitely not great. The camera isn't great but usable. The battery is amazing. I've gone an entire weekend without charging it. I regularly get 5+ hours of screen on time. For the price, it's not even a question. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. My next phone will likely be the next version of this.

I got this phone because I've been an iPhone user for ages and I wanted to try out Android on an inexpensive handset before I got a Galaxy or Pixel. I've been really surprised what a great deal this phone is for the money. The screen is nice and big. It comes with a screen protector and a case (Why doesn't everyone do this?) The system is snappy, the speakers are loud. After having it for a month I wasn't sold on the extra wide screen. It makes the form factor a little wonky. But otherwise it's great.
