Hi John, thanks for having one of our phones. Regarding lags, it is a good practice to power cycle the device periodically to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. -Anne

Bought this Moto G6 as an inexpensive replacement

The Moto G6 was an inexpensive replacement phone for my IPhone 5 which I had for years until it suddenly died. Please don't mourn for me long because as painful as it was for me to leave the Apple family, I have moved on and into the Android family. Let me break it down to basic economics. This phone was on sale unlocked and out the door hooked up to my Verizon service from Best Buy for $149.00. The new fancy IPhones are now running $1,100 and while rather nice they may be, they are not 7x better than my Moto G6. I could lose my phone tomorrow, break it tonight or just get tired of it next month and go and purchase the next big thing (believe me there will be right around the corner, 5G) without ever fretting my purchase but whoever gets left behind by new technology holding the $1,100 IPhone will have buyer's remorse. Anyway, love this little powerhouse...great sound quality music and voice, plus an excellent imaging camera coupled with a big screen leaves me quite satisfied!!! Hello Moto!

Still getting use to it but it seems to be performing well. Love the long battery life. My old phone had to be charged constantly. This one I forgot to put on the charger over night, in the morning it still 96% battery life !!! That I like!

Great phone for the price. I needed a good reliable phone that could do what one would do with a smartphone. Bought it and immediately went to my service provider and I was up and running in less than an hour. I'm not taking crazy nice pictures as the camera is not too stellar as some photos do show up a little too dark. But other than that, the "Moto" layout wasn't too tough to get the hang of. The camera does stick out a few centimeters from the back of the phone so it doesn't lay completely flat and the all glass exterior leaves fingerprints upon fingerprints but a highly recommended, solid case and screen protector off Amazon fixed that right up.

I had the Moto G5 Plus prior to buying this phone. I loved it. It charged quickly and held battery life. It also had plenty of storage space. The only reason I changed phones is because I broke my screen. The G6 works just as well and had a few extra perks. Plus the price is affordable.

Cracked the screen on my Samsung phone, and too expensive to replace it, especially since the phones value has gone down so much. Decided to go with an unlocked phone with the basic design I really need. This fit the bill: Good price, great screen and camera and still lightweight.

This phone is awesome! It is really easy to get used to. This is only my second smart phone. It is lots faster than my Kyocera was. The battery charges very quickly. I am still getting used to how I answer a call but I am figuring it out very fast. I am so glad I got this phone.

Purchased this phone about 2 weeks ago. So far, so great. I'm not a cell phone junkie but what I like about the phone is for one, the price. I paid $250 and it does everything I need it to do. Camera good enough for me. Never used selfie cam. So can't speak on that. Phone good to me.

I purchased this phone and i must say Motorola has made a really good phone. It has a decent camera, is fast, and the battery life is amazing! The gesture feature is awesome and makes it easy to get to the camera and flashlight, especially if you only have one free hand.

If you just want a smart phone and not a fancy & expensive ones to brag to your friends--this is the one for the price. The cameras and 34 MG storage can go competitively with high end phones but with a big price difference. Very satisfied in buying this phone.

This phone replaced an HTC One M8. So much faster than my former phone and the camera is definetly better. First time buying an unlocked phone. Works on T-Mobile and best of all Wifi calling does work on T-Mobile.

For those of us that don't need the status of a flagship phone this is a great choice. I would prefer not having a glass back so it wouldn't break as easy and I would like NFC but other than that, I really like it.

The Lenovo Motorola G6 is a great phone for those that can't or won't pay the ridiculous prices of the Samsung or Apple offerings. Great battery life and a good camera were my requirements and the G6 met them. Very little bloatware and an adequate size screen make it perfect.

I am someone who refuses to purchase a $1000 phone, so, this one does the trick nicely. The phone has the capability of holding all the apps I need and takes pretty good pictures as well. For my needs it works great.

The Motorola G6 is my 3rd generation Motorola phone. The cameras keep getting better. Battery life is fantastic, more than 3 days without having to charge it. Motorola is priced well below most other Android phones. It is well worth the price, and it performs well.

I am not saying this is the best phone on the market with the 5 stars, if you want that go look at the note 9 or iPhone Xs max. If you are looking for a brand new phone in the 200-250 market that is super reliable and surprisingly nice, this is the phone for you. The skin is very minimal, which I don't care for as I love a lot of the features Samsung bakes in; however if you look at their cheaper phones they are quite slow compared to this one as those features become issues. Motorola has an extremely clean UI with very few extra features built in and the ones that are, are for good reason. If you are on a budget or just looking for a spare phone as a just in case, this is the perfect phone in my opinion. My brother bought this phone as he doesn't like spending a grand on this phones and has been quite happy with it as his only phone for the last several months.

I had the Samsung s8 & the battery fried on me so I had to get another phone fast & for cheap, so I found the Moto G6 & I think it's way better then the Samsung S8 & for way less money I'm super happy with my phone & super happy I saved money.
