We purchased this to replace my wife's Moto Razr. The price was just unbelievable for a phone that can do all this. It was easy for her to adapt to its OS and features. We don't need $700 phones when this phone can do most if not all the things of a more expensive model for roughly 15% of the cost of the expensive model. Great service on activation by C.T. at White Marsh. Wonderful experience and product.

Purchased for a trip to England and as a spare for home. When I landed in England, I purchased a local no contract SIM card and it worked flawlessly, even had 4G. Camera was fairly good considering this was a budget phone, although if you plan on taking lots of photos I would suggest adding a memory card. I mostly used it for navigation on my trip, I also used it as a Wi-Fi hot spot.

This is the second G7 play I've purchased. When I got mine, my girlfriend remarked about what a good phone at seem to be compared to her Samsung s8. For the price oh, it can't be beat.

This phone does all we need from a device. Great display, easy to use, good sound quality and battery life. Highly recommended.

While it is not nearly as simple as my old flip phone, I appreciate the larger keyboard and some online features that I'll no doubt use in the future. I needed more than just a cell phone for calls and texting, and with technology making the old Samsung obsolete, this should be a good phone for my to expand my reach of different technological advances in cell phones.

i love this phone its amazing and easy to use. was unlocked so i was able to use straight talk by just putting in sim card.

Upgraded my Moto. Better camera, camera/video settings, picture and video quality and more space for apps.

Moto Play seems very similar to the Moto G5 that I had to replace. The G5 was great but the power button broke. The Moto G7 Play seems very similar. Long lasting battery charge. Like that the Best Buy tech for me up and running in about 15 minutes. Had it for a week - no issues. Hope that the power button (and the rest) last longer than the G5's did.

If you can afford a better phone, get the better phone. I bought this as an experiment to see how cheap I could go on a phone & still be happy after years of Samsung flagships. This was too much of a sacrifice. I later spent the extra couple $100 on a Pixel 3a & am in love with that. Cons: It was slow, & laggy. Apps would constantly be shut down in the background, making multitasking really difficult. The notch is big. I used the phone for about 3 months & never got used to it. The screen was also too dim in sunlight. The camera was just ok. Pros: It often goes on sale & I bought mine for ~$80 including taxes & fees. So it was a huge value. The battery life is really good. I could often go ~36 hours between charges. I was concerned about the low resolution of the screen, but I thought it looked really good. The compact size was a good change coming from a Note 8. The speaker was loud & sounded good. Nice, clean Android.

I've never bought a brand new phone before so I was nervous. I am happy to say that this phone is very nice. The cell signal is much stronger than my old phone. Speaker is clear easy to hear. Screen size is perfect. Lots of space for photos and apps. Lickty split fast processor and the fingerprint reader is easy to setup and use. Headphone jack is nice to have, camera is easy to use and I love having the built in FM radio. I am. very happy with the purchase.

My original Pixel died and I wanted an unlocked phone between carriers. I'm not ready to commit to a carrier, but I have coverage so I wanted an Android phone I could just slip my sim card into. This phone did the job, but because the Pixel was using Android 10 and non Google phones are still using 9, it had problems migrating info over. No biggie. They got my address phone and phone numbers over, so all I had to do was go to the Google Play store and download the apps I wanted....then update the apps...and the phone! Whew, now it's just about where I need it to be. Other that the smaller screen size and the tiny keyboard keys, I'm satisfied with the phone.

This phone has great battery life of about 2 days! Also, it has really nice camera. Great phone for beginners.

I bought the Moto with a pay as you go card with the supposed best coverage carrier in the nation, As it turned out, the new carriers signal was no better than my T-Mobile service that I have had for a number of years. Bottom line: a decent phone for the price, I decided to get new phones and keep my T mobile service. Maybe the Moto G7 if it works on T Mobile networks I only returned this phone because I now need one that works with t mobile
