Bought this phone as a gift for a cousin in Mexico. I was looking for something that had a great battery, decent memory, decent camera, and a decent screen. You really need to make sure phones are future proof when sending them to Mexico because they might not be able to get another one anytime soon. this phone fit all the requirements so I'm happy

I previously owned a Motorola phone and wanted to upgrade to a phone with more memory and features. I looked at several phones but came back to the Moto One Action phone. For the money this phone has everything I wanted in a phone and then some! The price was right and the service I received at Best Buy was excellent. I really like this phone!

I have owned this for about a month now and it has lived up to my expectations. I mostly use my mobile for emails, web browsing, and streaming videos and with this limited use, I have had no complaints. It is reasonably fast, has a sleek design and the large screen size is also a plus point for me. Overall, it's a great buy for the price.

Bought this as a replacement for damaged phone camera. I always love the Samsung Android but not ready to pay for the price of new Samsung phone. Motorola had a good review so I decided to go for it. I didn’t expect I’ll be happier with the quality of this phone. The picture, video was so clear which I loved the most.

I like this phone way better than I like the Moto G6. Very sleek with lots of storage. All those lenses make for a great pic taken with the camera. I like that it is unlocked and will work on any network.

I'm usually pretty frugal when it comes to spending money on a cell phone but I've got to say that it is great value for the money. Processer is fast, plenty of RAM, and lots of storage. If you're looking for a powerful phone at a reasonable price and don't want to break the bank I recommend this device.

Came across this great phone at Best Buy for a really good price. Had been looking for a new phone and this one dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. Lots of great options and the camera is phenomenal. I am really happy about my choice and Best Buy made the whole process so easy.

Love my new Motorola phone you can't beat the price for the amount of storage you get and the features that the phone has. This phone has 128 GB of storage it comes with plus you can add another card of 128 GB storage card a lot cheaper at least one third of the cost an Apple phone.

    Great Phone & Outstanding Value

PROS This is a great phone and an outstanding value for the price. I would challenge you to find a cell phone with similar specs for the same price. This phone is tall and narrow. I wasn't sure I would like the form factor, but I love it. I have large hands and the narrow width makes it easy to use one-handed. The 21:9 ratio makes it great for watching videos. Call quality is terrific. People can hear me clearly on and off speaker phone and I can hear others extremely well. The same cannot be said for my Samsung Galaxy S10+ that I got rid of for that reason. My cell phone is my business phone, so it has to work. The internal speaker produces deep, rich and clean sound quality. There is virtually no difference between this phone and my old Galaxy S10+ . CONS: Battery life could be better. Don't keep a lot of things running in the background and the battery will last all day no problem. However, the 3,500mAh is a bit modest for this phone. The other negative is the IP rating. The Moto One Action is only IPX2 rated, which is basically splash resistant. weird, because it's supposed to be an action camera phone. At the end of the day, the positives far outweigh the negatives, particularly a this price point. I'm so happy I bought this phone and I love it!

I was looking for an unlocked phone and after looking in store and online I decided to go to Best Buy. I found this phone, it first caught my eye because it has a low price, I then asked the associates and they helped me figure that the phone has a gyroscope ( I like to use VR) and it has all other cool features of most high end phones. It has three cameras, the photos taken are sharp. I have even exploring all the camera options. Since it has most of the sensors, you can use the latest virtual apps, the street view feature that lets you walk around, 360 mode. It has a long battery life. For a small phone, it is long so you do have to get used to making sure your fingers swipe in the correct area of the screen. When I purchased it I wanted to get a protective cover, but I could not find one for this model phone. I was worried about that, but when I opened the box, to my surprise there was a protective cover included with the phone! I am very happy with the phone.

Got this phone for my daughter. I can't believe what a nice phone it is for the money. Can't see ever spending more than this for a phone again. No more "flagship" models with their crazy prices. It works, takes nice photos, has tons of memory and a good battery. What else?

Bought this for my wife after her old phone died. She does the Verizon prepaid and mostly just text & voice. However this little guy has great graphics and a nice camera. For $200, it's everything she really needs and more. Only had it for a few weeks, but so far, so good.

The Moto One Action, is a great phone for its price. On the T-mobile Network it seems to work flawlessly. The specs are decent for the price, memory 128gb, 4gb Ram and a 2.2 GH processor below the sale price of $300.00 is sweet deal. However there are a few drawbacks that may vary from each purchase of this device. 1st, the Bluetooth it somewhat wonka's. It will connect just fine, but I have notices if you connect to a BT speaker and get a call, the moment you change the device to handset to take your call the BT speaker will not suto reconnect once you are off the call. You will have to turn off the BT speaker and BL on the Moto 1 and do the reconnect process all over again. 2nd, the device does not come with a music player, you will have to get one from the app store, (not a big issue). 3rd When you are listing to music and get notification from anything, SC, FB, IG, Text, Email, Ring, etc, it will disrupt your music in an annoying way, I could not find an option to stop this annoyance no matter if I set the notification to mute or vibrate (Maybe this is because of the 3rd party music player I had to install). Not sure if ill keep the phone or not, thinking about just paying the extra money and getting a Samsung A50.

I needed to replace 4-year old Samsung that I loved but was no longer receiving updates. Motorola One Action has updated technology and a battery that lasts almost 2 days. As a new retiree, this phone is a great price for personal use - Gmail, FB, internet, Fitbit, MFP, word games, etc. Still on a learning curve (switching brands) so ease of use 4 stars.

It is a good phone. It does everything it promised. My only complaint is that it doesn't charge fast at all. Initially, if I connected the phone and wanted to type something in, the screen sensors would become inaccurate. After a while it stopped doing it, but no phone I've ever had, had ever done that. pros: -Takes good phones -It is sturdy -The long design makes it weird to handle if you never had a phone like this -It has a very good speaker -It has a good antenna and reception -It ain't slow cons: -Takes a while to fully charge -Screen touch sensors are funky
