This was a great phone for my son. Phone had a great screen and was easy to use. He loved it until the screen stopped working. The screen stopped working in that the touch portion would not work. You could see the screen but it would not respond when touched. Thank goodness for Best Buy protection. We got money towards a new phone and got a pixel 3a.

I am enjoying having this phone. Will buy again no issue at this time. Easy to use. The price was alright too.
