Phone has good internal space and performance but had to reboot once in a while. I don't know why.

Had a real problem trying to import contacts from previous phone and setting up voicemail.

It could be better I have trouble with it. If I had to pay for another one I would not do it

Called Motorola today as I have three pink dots on my home screen. They have to see it and I don't have a spare phone. Motorola can't lend spares and I will be without a phone for 5 days. Can't do it sadly cannot get my phone repaired for manufacturer error because I don't have a spare phone. Didn't think I need one after purchasing a higher priced smartphone.

Great features. Camera is average and the mic distorts around medium to loud volume. Moto claims they will still honor hardware issues if a phone is rooted, but beware as they claim all coverage is voided when rooted. Would not cover a button, faulty battery or microphone.

Got the phone on November 6 2016 and on December 6 2016 the screen went crazy,took the phone to bestbuy and they told me thay can't fix it because I didn't purchase a warranty to call motorola and hope they can do something about it, motorola has my phone and hope they can fix it ,if not I'll be without phone ☹️

They need to recall it....pure junk. I would not recommend anyone buy this phone. I had issues with it starting on day one. In less than a week it had overheated and was too hot to use for less than 5 minutes.

Just at the time of setting up the phone, I see it is very hot. And it is the same even while using it for voice calls, pictures or internet browsing. You can even talk after some time. Waste of money.

Bought this phone for my dad and it stopped working a month later. Maybe the specific phone we got was defective, but I wouldn't buy it anymore. Best Buy had an awesome job helping me around to return it though!;)

I have been Galaxy user since day one. Moto seemed okay with nice ratings and photos, but it was not worth my time and money. I would rather put more money to buy high end phones. I am not even a heavy user.

I do not think it is worth the money, the customer service at Best buy gave me incorrect information and I was unable to return it in the allotted amount of time because I was out of town

The phone died after 30 days. I'm out 300 dollars. I'll never buy another product from best buy

I started having problems with charging port from the beginning and they replaced me a new charger. However, after the warranty time was expired, the charging port became loose and the charger does not connect. There were other problems like phone freezing, the quality of pictures was way less than what was described in the specification. I used to Motorola cell phones but I am done with them! No more Moto!

Bestbuy shipped this item full of fingerprints when it arrives. This motorola phone is made by lenovo, and for some reason when wifi is connected, it will show "not connected" exclamation icon. Many apps do not work right with this phone that needs internet access. It has very poor stability compare to my previous phone. This phone randomly shuts itself down, and has randomly jumping GPS location that makes driving guidance impossible.

The phone worked well. After 1 year of use, the software was not functional and finally dumped into trash.
