Mods are cool but the phone itself left more to be desired. Sound is glitchy. Works on and off when it wants to.

I was very excited to learn that Best Buy was offering such a deal on this phone! I saved a lot of money and was able to keep my monthly payments the same. The phone is easy to use and the size is fantastic!

I was always a Windows girl and was hesitant to try an Android butwas ever so happy after buying the Motophone 2 years ago just had to upgrade to the Moto Z2 Force and it is absolutely awesome!

I really like my Moto Z2. From the big storage to the great screen, there is nothing I don't like about this phone. I would definitely recommend the Moto Z2. Great phone.

Moto Z Force with Moto hand gestures is ingenious. Also a bonus with the projector that came with the phone. Great Android!

My household has used Motorola phones for near-five years now and I decided to upgrade to the Moto z2 Force. First off, I love the phone and it is a very good product. The battery isn't as good as my old Droid Turbo 2 though sadly, but thankfully there is a battery mod and quick charging. The reason for my one-star rating is the garbage customer service at Motorola. I owned this phone for about 15 days and the vibration motor went out on it. So I figure it must have been a defective device and call Motorola. They tell me that the software update must have caused it stop functioning and advised that I wait on the subsequent update. I waited almost a month and no update so I contacted them again asking for a NEW replacement device (Which shouldn't be a problem for a device that lasts 15 days and loses a basic functionality by defect). I am told that they will give me a refurbished device in exchange and I refuse. I ask to speak to a manager and get told I will receive a callback in a couple days (This happens twice). On my third time explaining all of this I am told that my request for a new device is denied and I can only get a refurbished device. To add insult to injury I am told that Motorola will send my refurbished device a few days after they receive mine so that means I must go without a phone for at least 1-2 weeks... I have chosen not to send my phone in unless it has another defect as I don't trust refurbished devices. This will be the last Motorola device that this loyal customer purchases. I love the concept of moto mods, quick charge, and the innovation Motorola provides, but will not put myself or others in a situation of being conned by Motorola Customer Service.
