I haven't had a new phone since probably 2014, so i knew I was in the market for one. I found this online and did my research. After buying it, I couldn't be happier! Also the checkout process at best buy was really smooth and easy as well.

When I was shopping around I wanted to make sure activation to an already established line wouldn’t be an issue and was told I would have no issues activating this phone with Verizon. After hours on the phone with Verizon’s customer service and tech team, after many failed attempts to get phone to work (could get internet service to work, just no phone calls or texts) they told me it’s not a compatible phone for Verizon’s mobile service and that Best Buy has the list of what unlocked phones are compatible with each service provider. If you guessed the AndroidOne wasnt on Verizon’s list, you would be correct! Just about every other Motorola phone is on the list but that’s besides the point, this phone doesn’t work with Verizon and from all the digging around I’ve done in disbelief, I believe this awesome phone will work with T mobile or AT&T. Will be returning the phone just wish I could return my hours of lost time and frustration arguing with Verizon since I was told by Best Buy associate it would work!
