This is a good phone overall. It sometimes does some weird things (temperature sticks on day instead of switching to night sometimes when not in use, keyboard light does not always come on when texting even though it is set to do so, can not change text message alert to a ringtone I created). Just weird things like that...

I loved this phone its been in my family for a Lil time ..its my kids phone now.

I bought this phone for my wife. OMG, it was like pulling teeth for 10 months. She had a blackberry Curve or bold, don't seem to remember. She test drove this baby for thirty days until she was use to the Android system. Now, sh is doing everything and she will not put it down. Good choice for those finally leaving Blackberry.

Got this phone for my wife and in short she loves everything except for the battery life which is horrible. I would recommend this for those who aren't heavy phone users and love qwerty keyboards.

This is a really good phone except that the battery runs down fast. Sometimes the light on the keyboard doesn't light when you need it to the most.

bought this 'cause of grandson - he says simple - so I'm still learning. So far - love it.

Performance excellent for value. Good memory and ability to acquire apps. Gives me all I require in a phone. Internet could be faster but all necessary needs are met. Would recommend to any android fan.

I've had better experiences with the bberry, but this is good. Not so good fro business, but for a personal phone it is fantastic

This phone is excellent. I have zero issues with it. It has a beautiful display and motorola has a cool UI.

I've been a fan of Motorola phones for years. I had the Motorola Photon up until I dropped it and cracked the screen. BB said it was no longer being made so I "upgraded" to the recently released "Photon Q". This phone was just a real pain. My texting took twice as long due to the random autocorrection and overly sensitive touchscreen. I tried to adjust the settings for this(auto correct) but it still never seemed to work. I was always having to redo the texts before sending. Even the pull out keyboard was a pain to use. Texting became very annoying. After about 3 to 4 weeks I was literally hating this phone. I took it back, something I rarely do, and I made a real upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S III. Just about everything I hated about the Photon Q was solved immediately.

Battery is great if you get adjusted for the right things and don't have a lot running in the background. The screen seems unable to scratch period. I mean I am sure u could put a knife to it but dropping in gravels hadn't hurt it at all.

This is not my first Motorola, but just a confirmation, it won't be my last either. Always great quality in their products. Advances with my knowledge in options.

I got this phone because I love keyboards on my phone but that didn't out way the bad.
