Had this phone for 2 years, so far so good! Don't download so many apps tho, maybe it's on my end but it does become laggy and freezes up.

I love my Razr! I held off until the 4gen when the price finally came down a bit and durability was acceptable. Now I'm on the 2024 and couldn't be happier!

Love the phone. The transfer process from my old Motorola to this new one, not so much. Because I'm apparently one of the six or seven people in the U.S. with Motorola phones, Motorola didn't see fit to retain its transfer app for the BestBuy folks to use. So, they had to putz around with other apps, none of which worked, taking 2 hours and finally just refunding me the fee I paid for the data transfer. But I love the phone. We'll see how well the screen holds up being folded and unfolded over time.

Difficult to figure out and use features. I question whether it is anew, used or refurbished phone, but the description when I purchased it, didn't indicate this & I presumed it was new. Now I wonder because I am unable ti update it in System updates it tells me it hasn't been updated for 13 months and the update field is grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it. The message in the grayed out fiels says updating is paused and it's waiting for wi-fi to resume background download and installaton. The chat feature on the website is Not helpful and the update includes Android security pache thru September 1, 2024! The employees at the Tukwila store are rude, namely Steven, a young boy, and curtis, seemingly not enthusiatic about helping, and want me to go to Geek, which I don't want the service and didn't purchase it. I will be returning & exchanging this phone likely.
