I could not stand this phone and returned it. I didn’t like how thin it was, and transferring from my iPhone was a nightmare. Much better experience with Samsung.

I had to replace it multiple times, it doesn’t last. I tried having it serviced and there was nothing they could do but return and recharge my warranty.

The display broker internally within 8 weeks. Took it out of pocket and saw 2 white lines. Within 10 minutes the entire display kept cracking from the inside. I am taking it to BB tomorrow. STAY AWAY from this phone.

Quit charging after 2 weeks. Had to drive 2 hours and had to get a different phone not the same phone. Not happy!!!!

Respect to Motorola for not giving up on this device. Get it with monthly warranty to be safe as it is new technology but the improvements in this Ultra are very good

No stars! Received fedex and didn't respond so I plugged it in and came back to it 45 minutes later and it was over 125° on my meat thermometer. Returned
