My first refurbished phone was defective and had to be returned. The second one works fine, a great phone.

I am not a heavy user so qualify my comments with that limitation. However, having had I phones, I rate this phone pretty much on par functionally -just not as 'pretty'. Battery life is not a selling point but for me that is not an issue. THe camera is very good -again perhaps not quite at the level of the iPhone but on a price paid basis for performance basis I am a supporter

Very few downsides at this price range. No magnetic sensor. Many of the features you can only get on phones that cost twice as much

this cell phone was cheaper than other ,also upgrade to Android 7.0, so thanks Best Buy.

Read reviews and wirecutter says it's good , Leo the tech guy as well Why by expensive when these are great proven The reviews of the bloatware or company software is not as much as la yes bloatware of famous brands. Reviews are getting clearer who is doing what now

This is a good phone for the money. The only problem is that the charging port no longer works. I would recommend not buying it refurbished so u have a warranty.

Overall value for the money is 5 stars, phone by itself is a 4. Great bright screen, fast, easy to use. I've got a refurbished one, and everything looks new and works properly. Front camera very wide and does the job. Apps working fast. Cons, keyboard freezes sometimes, or appears completely black, so I have to reset the phone. Not completely satisfied with rear camera quality, but didn't expect to be either. All in all it's a great phone and the best deal on the market.

High res pictures are the draw for this phone. battery needs charging once or twice daily depending on apps.

Really good unlocked phone for a great price. One annoyance - persistent data roaming notice that is inaccurate and can not be turned off permanently. But that is truly minor in comparison to those who paid 2 or 3 times as much for phones that explode!

Great 5.5" screen. Perfect replacement of a broken iPhone 5c.

I bought this phone to replace a crummy little LG phone that I got with TracFone. What that track phone I really didn't like using it cuz it was small, the screen wasn't very responsive, didn't have very much memory. Now with this phone I think I'm going to have to upgrade my carrier so that I have more minutes. Because I actually love using this phone to read emails browse the internet and do whatever. I find that this is a better tool and I use it more often. The only criticism I have is that I think the screen is a little too big, but I'm really getting used to it. It's it's very thin and seem to hold a charge pretty well.

Exactly what I was looking for. Android operating system, fast cpu, charges quickly, antislip case, moderate screen size, compatible with many apps, camera and phone work great. Was easily set up with my existing SIM card.

The phone should be a great Moto G4, BUT BestBuy did not include the REAL OEM Motorola charger on this refurbished phone(didn't know that). The item listing only says that the phone is included, nothing else. I did receive a Samsung charger and a Dynex(No-name) usb cord with the phone. Also the price for this refurbished phone fluctuates between $139-$179 in the last few weeks.

I bought this phone refurbished and it is awesome. I highly recommend. Screen is huge and it was a fantastic upgrade from my old phone which had a tiny 3.5" screen.

The phone was great. It was fast and smooth. It has features I haven't seen on other phones. I returned it because the ear piece speaker rattled. This was a refurbished phone marked almost half off the regular price. If there had been another one available for the same price I would have exchanged it.

I wanted to buy a cellular phone with bigger memory, bigger screen and higher resolution. This project can meet my expectation. There are 2 microphones, the voice is more fidelity than what I had before. I think I had all the feature that I want.

Really like this phone. Has a glitch in the screen were phantom buttons are being pressed while it's plugged in but the battery last long. The screen is great and camera is pretty good.
