first off, this phone is amazing, size wise 5.5 inch comparable to iphone 7 plus and galaxy s7 edge, 64gb internal storage plus EXPANDABLE MICRO SD SLOT, 4 gigs of ram, TURBO CHARGING CAPABILITY , 3000mil amp battery, 16 mp cam with laser auto focus, i mean for the price u can not go wrong at all. also did i forget to mention it works ON ALL MAJOR GSM CARRIERS. yes all major gsm carriers and is globally unlocked. by far best price phone for 179.99 when i got it. best phone ever FOR value and quality

This has been a very nice phone. Its fast, camera is nice and software is very good with no extra junk apps. Nougat update has made the phone even better and smoother.

Pretty happy with this phone. Camera is average. Fast. I do have some ads popping up. Have not checked into why yet. The downfall is I did not get a charger with it and it takes a long time to charge.

I love the Motorola phone products, they are rugged, reliable, and state of the art.

This phone is very good for the price. It is very fast and doesnt slow down even if u have more than a hundred apps installed. Charges quickly as well and battery is good.

Phone was refurbished, but looked like new. Easy set up and internet connection, but the phone did not recognize my sim card. Went to ATT and Best Buy stores to try and fix it, and had no luck. Loved the phone, though, so will try to get another one.

Good phone but doesnt have some of the bells and whistles that others have but its fast stable and reliable. So far so good no issues as of yet my partner is pleased with his new phone.

I enjoyed this phone as my first nice smartphone. But it was a bit underpowered, the camera could have been better and the ghost touch on the screen made it unusable. The Moto G5+ is much better.

My phone preformed alright, but bestbuy sent me a refurb that had a bad camera led that kept going out.

I never have bought refurbished phone this is my first time. the phone is great and I am happy with my new phone.

I was pleased with the phone until it started powering off randomly. Unfortunately it is 9 days out of the 90 day warranty.

Very nice phone would not hesitate to purchase again

At the time I purchased this the Best Buy website didn't specify what "refurbished" means. My phone arrived with 3 tiny knicks on the bezel and 1 knick on the back. No marks on the screen and the phone works fine. A friend also bought the same same item. Everything looked new on his except for a tiny scratch on the rear camera lense. Phones do not include original Motorola USB cord and turbocharger. Instead we got a Best Buy brand Dynex USB cord (new) and a Samsung 1A charger (used). We bought this on sale for $189.99. Not worth it at $259.99 (buy it new for $299.99 instead).
