It works great and has one of the best looking screens of any phone I've ever used. 16GB was never quite enough storage for me and 32GB is the perfect amount I think. I was hesitant about buying a refurb but this turned out to be great.

Best bang for the buck

It did take a couple of days to hook it up to straight talk with my number.. well worth the wait. No more high price carriers!

Works fine, but be careful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone ended up working well, but if you have Verizon prepaid you will be forced to change/upgrade your plan to one of the most current plans to make this phone work on the network. That issue caused some headaches with both Verizon and Best Buy, so be warned!

"Ghost Touching"

This "ghost touching" issue is apparently a common issue for the moto g4, and is most likely a hardware issue. Safe mode diagnostics have proven this conclusion, and Lenovo history of assistance in repairing or replacing this unit seems to be discouraging (according to motorola support blogs). Because of this reliability issue, I would NOT RECOMMEND. Also, it seems that BEST BUY only offered a 15 day return option for this refurbished unit. Apparently, warranty terms for new units do not also apply for refurbed/like new units. Be aware.

Returned due to bad battery
