      Hi 44601x72,

      If it happens that Microphone is not working, we suggest checking the microphone if there's anything covering it. If you have a case, try removing the case and see if that would help. You may also try putting it into safe mode to check if there's any app interfering with the Microphone. To put it in safe mode, press and hold the power button until Power Off option appears on the screen. Press and hold the Power Off option until it Reboots to Safe Mode, then press OK.
