All the others I tried were difficult to set up and one even scared our pet. This petcam has 800 number to help you and only costs $3 per month to keep movies for 24 hours...you don't have to pay if you don't like... wanted to see how pet took off a shirt and voila! Watched the videos from day after home from work and it was no longer mystery!!!

Poor quality(not HD), has annoying connection issues keep in mind I have a belkin that works just fine, I wouldn't pay more than 30 bucks for this piece of s**t!

Camera picture quality is okay for the price. Being able to access it by phone or computer to see what's going on, is nice. Sometimes the server will kick me out, and I have to reconnect, but overall is pretty nice for the price.

I purchased this last May to watch our cats while I was out of town. It was relatively easy to set up, took about 20 minutes. If you don't activate the free trial, all you get is streaming video and still photos of activity that sets off the motion detector. So, we signed up and for 30 days had well-streaming (albeit fairly poor quality) video and 24 hour video storage of sensed activity. Once you hit 24 hours, the history is deleted unless you download it via app. At the end of the 30 days, I elected to just stick with the Free version. Once I canceled, the camera ceased to function at all. I emailed support and got a response a couple of days later, followed their troubleshooting advice and it worked again. The next month, on the billing date, the camera died again. I reset it according to the prior email and it worked. The next month, my credit card was charged for service even though the App kept prompting me to Upgrade to Basic service. I emailed, canceled, the camera stopped functioning. This has been the cycle since May and I finally stopped fighting, the stress over $2.99 isn't worth it. This month, the $2.99/mo basic plan is still being charged to my credit card but the app is prompting me to upgrade to a $29.99 plan in order for my camera to work. I have canceled again and put the camera in the basement in a box. My advice, spend the extra money to get a better camera and customer service that isn't in Hong Kong.

I was a little leery about purchasing this device for such a reasonable cost. Downloaded in a snap and within a few minutes I was able to use it as a baby monitor with two way communication. Excellent product

My camera kicks me out like most of the time. Its so annoying. I want to watch my dog when I leave home but I can’t. And takes forever to load de image at the app. The 7 days free trial sucks. I did the basic plan thinking it would get lil bit better but it’s the same. I don’t like it

I bought this camera and I can't get the talk feature to work. I get an error message something like "press to talk failed".
