I am happy with the backpack, as there are no wires that you have to wind up and hide. This is a bathroom, near sink; I am able to get a large square plug into socket underneath, for the blow dryer. This is a new wall socket, as with my other review, so weighted electrical objects still remain inserted. In another location, in my home, in an older socket, the mini was too heavy, and was, in this location, before this socket was switched out. I am using a strip (with surge protector) there for now. and it is all good. 2/2019.

Saves on space and works perfectly. If you don’t want a wire hanging out and are cool with the mini on your wall, definitely get this.

The Mount Genie is a good mount for my Google Home Mini. The G-Mini can be a little heavy for the Mount Genie, but it holds it's own.

No issues with the mount. It does exactly what it is supposed to. I do wish it were possible to mount it upside down as the outlet I have it in, the top is controlled by a light switch so I have to put it in the bottom one which is always on. This however, blocks the top outlet.

I bought this to get rid of the wire to my Google Home speaker and get it out of the way... works great!

Bit overboard on size but works ok and has a short power wire so it’s brtter then the wrap style. I prefer the simple hidden wall mount though for most.

This mount is a fantastic way to keep the Google Home Mini out of the way, and sounding better than it does without the mount! The mount allows the Mini to have more clarity in the bass and the treble, and is very secure when plugging it into the outlet. I'd rate this as useful as the Mini itself, if not more.

This is great if you hate the long cord stringing out of your Google Home device. Nice and compact to stick on my bedroom wall, and seems to be well built. I've had it for a long time and have had no issues with its quality.

I love this thing! Gets rid of the cord and literally just floats on your wall facing outward which is actually really nice for sound and also way more aesthetically pleasing. Great accessory for the google home mini. Definitely would recommend this item.

This is a very clean set-up for your Google Home Mini. It plugs directly into the wall outlet and there are no wires to worry about hiding. It's perfect for wet areas like the bathroom or kitchen to keep your mini high and dry!

...being able to remove the Mini from any countertop is a plus, but you will need to strategically plug it in an outlet that will let it listen to your commands. I'm happy having less cable around, and if plugged in the upper outlet, another device may be plugged in the bottom one. It is a bit bulky though.

Ditch the cord and place the Home Mini out of the way. Should have come with the Mini

This little gadget makes using the MINI easy. Plugs right into a wall outlet and still leaves the other plug available to use. No cords across the room! Highly Recommend!

I wanted to simplify life with the Google Home minis. This did it. Very convenient to mount them. No extra wires to get in the way. Love it!

Easy to connect, nice space saver with no need for the cord anymore. One downside, once plugged into an outlet, tough to plug anything else in.

Hides the google mini perfectly easy to set up. does not fall out of the socket like other models, I purchased 4 of them 1 in each room.

Very very easy to set up and install. It took literally 3 minutes. I am definitely getting more. The color match was flawless.

I have a new house and new outlets and this thing makes the speaker pretty top heavy. Starts to tilt and the kids make it fall out all the time. Surely they could have thought of something to hold it in better.
