  • The Saga of Mountain Men continues

    The second season of Mountain Men brings the original cast back and adds a few new faces. Season One centered around Eustace, Marty and Tom. Of the three I feel Marty was the most like a Mountain Man since he trapped in the Alaska wilderness. New members include George, Rich and Charlie. George did not make it to season three and he was very much a mountain man since he used sled dogs and a canoe. No mechanized life style for him. Good show. Look forward to season three and four. The show reveals how people earn a paycheck outside of an office.

    I found this season of the History Channel's reality TV series to be as good as, if not better, than the first season. The challenges faced by the mountain men from last season continue to be interesting and three additional mountain men have been added to the fold. This DVD set made it very easy to binge watch the season over a few days.

    I love this show! History Channel has been on a roll over the last 5 years and this is one of there best.

    Still crazy and adventurous, but the novelty has worn off. Still an interesting group to watch though.
