There was a little mix up on the scheduling. Great job on the install.

Emilio and Miquel of MCT did a great job of installing our gas range. They paid attention to detail, did not rush, and left the site clean. I would highly recommend then for delivery, propane conversion, and haul away.

This is just a necessity. It went as expected. So, that’s cool.

The installer was great and very professional. He didn’t wasn’t time or damage anything. The two worked together fast and made the installation process quick and easy.

The guys who installed my range were great- very professional, cleaned up everything and quickly installed the stove. Asked if I needed any instruction on the usage and tested everything before they left.

Installers were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and professional. They were very careful with the unit and my home, being very careful not to scratch the hardwood floors in the kitchen. Stove was undamaged and perfect. They installed the anti tip bracket. Even fixed my dishwasher that another appliance company installed incorrectly and unlevel. Very happy with my purchase and the delivery. Other appliance vendors (ahem Appliances Connection) could learn a great deal from these professionals. Learned my lesson.

The guy who installed our range did a very good job. However, they showed up over an hour after they were supposed to arrive (they showed up at 9:15pm). He was pleasant and seemed to take pride in his work. However, I don't know how many times I need to be told that Best Buy's system does not talk well to theirs (XPO). My first install was cancelled because they couldn't make the scheduled time, then the second one they showed up well beyond the window. I assume this isn't rocket science and it should be easier for scheduling, but it sounds like it's almost as difficult as sustaining nuclear fusion. Calling the installers after they left a voicemail was somewhat disturbing as I was greeted with a somewhat rude "What?!". I'd recommend since they did a good job, but it was a pain to get to that point.

I purchased a new gas stove and had it installed, the installers were very good and completed the installation in a reasonable amount of time. They went over how to operate the stove and tested everything to make sure it worked before they left.

The installers seemed to be in a hurry and I just wanted them to hook it up and make sure it is working. Later pulled out the range and made adjustments myself to level it with the countertop.

The person who was assigned to install my new oven was very knowledgeable. A little frustrated that he charged $50 each cut to make it fit. He had to make 2 total cuts in my cabinet, so an extra $100 was a little frustrating.

Tony, the installer, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He solved an issue with making my drop-in stove fit into the space. Good work!

My Bosch stove and microwave installed quickly and both are very easy to operate.

Crew did a good ob and were very professional. I had not prepped the area as well as I thought. Crew did what they could and coached me on how I could complete the job, when it was ready.

Best experience ever. The GS team arrived on time, took care to. clean up every spec of dust caused during installation. They even figured out how to install some equipment that I thought FOR SURE we be going back with them on the truck. 6-Stars. Wish I needed another oven or something just to have the experience again. Thanks for being PROS.
