The Best Buy Delivery team attempted to install my range with this Mounted Range Installation kit and my range had to be installed by an electrician.

It would have been nice getting the operating manuals with the range, how difficult providing them. Im very happy with the purchase .

tech support for my range was awesome! the other store where I was going to purchase a range did't provide tech support and i was going to have to pay and additional person a fee to install the range. I came to best buy one they told me they had tech suport and they won me over and I purchased my range from them. Great way to make a sale best buy. The guys were awesome, the installintion went great!

The range we replaced was 44 years old we had to modify the cabinets slightly and the installers were absolutely professional courteous and answered questions we had.

Nobody told me that I would have to fork over another $120 for a county permit and then call a county inspector to come "final inspect" the installation. Apparently it is required for installing any gas appliance in this county. I can't fault them for it but it should have been disclosed up front.

The installation was done on time and very professionally. The installers were personable and efficient. I especially valued text and email reminders and progress reports.

We recently purchased the Samsung package for our older style home... so, as expected there were a few issues when the new appliances arrived... With that said, the Best Buy team found a way to get everything installed and operating correctly... Great Job!
