I arranged this installation through Best Buy and I am glad about it. The installers were very friendly and professional. Perhaps most importantly they got the job done quickly and successfully without issue.

Installers were very conscientious about the installation and spent time to level the range to the kitchen counters and thoroughly cleaned afterwards.

Total Tech was the worst investment I have ever purchased- Kept sending guys who could not do the job or did not know what they were doing wasted 3-4 days of work waiting for the to arrived on 3-4 diff occasions, was wo a range for 3 weeks. Total Tech kept confirming they could and would do do and never did, Most poorly organized business ever and I will never do Business w Besy Buy again, Installation was mounted crooked. I had to hire an electrician to do an electrical that I was advised by BB they could have done . Crew ent said no can do. When calling the last time yesterday to advise in experience I was offered a $189 discount which was a BB gift card -Gloria. I told her to come pick up the range- Every BB rep I spoke w Dylan, Brook, Gloria all agreed this was totally wrong on Best Buys part and I would be compensated . Totally poor service

You’ll need this when you buy the range. It’s inexpensive and a lot less money than purchasing all the parts at the hardware store
