Paid for installation when I ordered, when installers arrived said I had to pay an additional 150.00. Wrote a check . Came back 4 days later and still not installed. Came back 5th day, I paid another 300.00. Over 600.00 to install and I now have a hole in my siding, which they covered up. Best Buy was going to contact me about some of the fees and I have not heard from them. I contacted them with no results

Great important tools to complete installation of the kitchen range.

The two man crew were very careful, leveled the unit perfectly and slid the range in with no problems.

If I could give this 0 starts, I would. Nothing against the independent technician who came in to supposedly install a range when it was a microwave (the order was put wrong in the system by customer service) but there also was no microwave to install because Geek Squad did not completed the return and re-order. The defective microwave was returned the 12/13 and I was charged ahead $128 to install the new equipment although the representative didn’t re-order it. My first awful experience with Best Buy and most of my electronic equipment are bought from there due to warranty and service. The customer service who handle my call on 12/22 while the technician was waiting patiently at home was also not helpful and didn’t transferred the call to a supervisor as I was asking her to do. Definitely not a good experience.

Delivery was made fine, but delayed install for another 2 weeks. I had no issues, though, with the services to deliver.

When this oven was installed the installer did not level the oven before leaving.

Installation was done on time and very professional.

Bottom line- the installers put in a new gas range for me without putting any putty or tape on the appliance or the nozzle, leaving me with a gas leak. The men that came to do the install seemed to know what they were doing. They put in a different size gas nozzle, and hooked it up to my new range. They installed the anti tip in the floor. When they were pushing the range into place, I told one of the men I smelled gas. He said it was because of the installation. After they finished everything up, and just before they left, I told them I still smelled gas. They said it was the new appliance. They had been very neat and polite. The gas smell did not go away. I had my contractor come about two weeks later. He smelled gas as soon as he walked in. He discovered that the gas line had not been installed properly, and that the range was not secured to the anti tip device. He fixed both problems for me.

The guys were very professional, got 4 appliances installed quickly. Highly recommend!
