Geek squad came out and did exactly what needed to be done with installing the TV mount to the wall. Did not leave any materials behind and cleaned up the area nicely. Install the TV and good to go!

Evan and colleague did a great job taking old tv and mount down, mounting the new tv above fireplace, connecting to cable and blue ray, and showing me how to work everything. They were excellent! Superb service!

This was my first experience with in home geeks. First, our in home consultant Aryn was great. Very thorough and responsive. Our in home installers Jasper and Will were also great. Super competent and patient explaining the system components.

Geek squad was awesome. They did a great job mounting my TV. They recognized an issue with my studs and the mount I had purchased and told me, and even allowed me to go exchange my mount and they returned later in the day to complete the job.

I wouldn't have anyone but the Geek Squad install my electronics. Wow, installing a 65" tv above a fireplace is no easy feat. The G-Squad took measurements and worked their magic for tv hanging perfection. Great job guys!!!

I had a 75" Sony TV installed above my fireplace -- the installation was perfectly placed -- all connections were hidden -- and the cleanup was impeccable. The technicians themselves were highly competent & highly personable -- and arrived precisely on time.

I was concerned about having Geek Squad mount tv on my brick fireplace. They completed a professional looking job and were very considerate of my OCD tendencies in perfecting. We love our large flat screen. It is perfectly mounted and is so enjoyable to watch.

I paid for the brick fireplace mounting for my 48" TV thinking there was no difference even if my fireplace was stone, but when the install guy got to my house he said he couldn't mount the TV on the stone because it was an uneven surface and I needed my contractor to do a build out. He was helpful in telling me what I needed and eventually I refunded this service as I got someone else to do the mounting, and the refund process went fine. I only give three stars because I didn't have the service done and the retail associate who sold it to me should have been specific that there needs to be a smooth brick surface, that an uneven stone service wouldn't work, but I do appreciate the advice from the installer man, who just ended up installing my other 65" TV more traditionally on my drywall, and the ease of the getting my refund.

I’m very glad that I chose geek squad to hang my tv over my fireplace. They were polite, well experienced, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. The tv looks great and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience.

The two guys that came removed the old tv above the fireplace took it away, updated the connectors cables and mounted the new tv in an efficient manner. They also explained the operation of the smart tv that was mounted.

Able to use existing mount so saved me money. quick and efficient. Explained all items and use then had us do it. Answered all questions and can call them if we have additional questions or problems.

Staff did an excellent job on installation, our only concern was that we were charged an additional amount for an installation into drywall and that did not appear to be a problem as they quickly found a stud to connect the wall mount.

The guy who hung my TV was amazing!! He was clean, fast and he showed me how to use the mount to the fullest potential and he tied all the cords up nice and neat!! I am so happy with his work!! Thank you so much!!!

was not told or asked if it was going above a fireplace that we would be charged to put it above a fireplace. If I had been told or asked I would have gotten my sons to take the old one down and put the new one up. They did it the first time. Other than that they where very good.

Awesome job by the techs installing the tv / mount to the fireplace. Very professional, informative and thorough in how they did the job, including prep, and cleanup after they did the install.

I recommend this dry wall fireplace add on mount it gives you the added protection that you need in the back of the TV to install it properly due to the studs in the wall from the drywall

They came out to install TV mounts for 3 TVs and did a phenomenal job. Every time I use Geek Squad, I am always glad I did. They are professional, qualified, and all around great people. I will continue to use them!

the team of three installed the tv over the fireplace, connected the tv to Direct TV. Couldn't connect to the internet as Cable One hadn't connected my new home as yet. Also connected the projection TV in the rec room.
