The people who came to our house to install the Samsung TV were very knowledgeable, very polite, and efficient. They were patient in answering our questions and explained things clearly for us.

The agents that mounted my new tv above the fireplace were professional and courteous! They answered all of my questions about my new device and made me feel good about my new purchase.

The installers made it look easy. I wanted nothing to do with trying to mount our large TV over the fireplace. It looks great and it definitely looks like it was professionally installed.

The agents were professional . I thought they may have some difficulty replacing the 55 inch TV with the 65 inch TV but they replaced the TV in less than 5 minutes.
