This was a replacement purchase and it exceeded our expectations. This heating pad has more than 5 heat settings, where have I been all my life. This was truly an upgrade from the dinosaur heating pad with had.
I would recommend this to a friend

Bought this as a gift for my mom. She is really enjoying it. It's a nice size and softer than some others. Safety shutoff is great,puts my mind at ease.
