While installation was easy enough with the tip sheet, I had a couple of issues.
1) They use a decrypter to program the brain unit to your vehicle. That's all good except that it has a generic login which anyone can change. When I wanted to program mine, I couldn't log into it because someone had change the password. I had to file a ticket and wait.
2) Once installed, it starts the vehicle as intended. But, then my car is locked and running and the key fob unlock no longer works. I have to use an emergency key to pop part of the handle off to access the manual lock. This isn't a workable solution. So I had to file a ticket again to see where to go from here.
3) While support response time is good, I found them to be unhelpful and in my case rude.
So, now I had to shell out more money to buy the RF upgrade kit that comes with remotes. I hope that they perform better.
