Mpow defective microphone

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Mpow headphone through bestbuy for my son and just over a month later, the mic became extremely muffled on phone calls (can no longer use for calls). I was informed by Mpow that they can only assist with Amazon purchases, so we're left with a dud. I purchased based on reviews mostly on sound quality but am now regretful and sorely disappointed. Will not purchase this brand again.

Terrible quality

Best Buy won’t help after 45 days & MPow only honors amazon purchases. Waste of $. Had another brand’s Bluetooth Headphones for 10 years & never had an issue. button for initiating call is same as Power button so was constantly accidentally calling people

Great product

After using this product, I’m surprised at its long lasting battery. The magnetic ear buds are very comfortable. When I worked out at the gym, they can still stay in my ear. Sound quality is also great. Will try to buy one more for my husband for fishing.
