He is large and in charge. Fits perfectly to my first floor gutters. Unlike another reviewer I had instructions. Was pretty easy to put together but the cable management was a little tricky to allow him to make it to the bottom. Easily one of my favorite Christmas items. Time will tell to see if he can really withstand the elements though.

Wife found this and thought it would be nice. It’s way bigger in person than you would think. The ladder is a foot wide! Santa is about 2 foot tall. Has been going strong every night for 6 hours since purchase.

Love this Santa! All kinds of compliments from neighbors. Problem is it has a design flaw. The wire coming out of Santa’s hand has broken on me twice. I had to take him apart and splice the wire twice. When I took him down just now to store him away it looks like it’s starting to break a third time. The wire needs protection in the hole it protrudes from. I will work on him next year to provide the wire more protection.

We are very pleased with it. He’s already survived some wicked nasty storms here in the Midwest.

It’s the most wonderful Santa ever! He’s really cute, perfect size, music is loud, very sturdy ladder, great quality what else should I Say.. I’m in love with my purchase.

The ladder is 10’, the Santa is larger than I imagined it would be. The music is loud, but it can be adjusted. It’s a great addition to my outdoor Christmas decorations!! I love it so much I bought one for my mom and sister!!

All of my grandchildren got really excited and love seeing this decoration of Santa climbing the ladder. This product “Mr Christmas - 10’ Outdoor Super Climbing Climbing Santa” is an excellent product and is worth the money and especially seeing the excitement every child gets when they see this decoration!

I purchased it, arrived jan 2022. I never opened the box and stored it for this xmas 2022. My surprise is that i can't use it. Is missing 1st portion of the latter, whe it shot help to stand. So instead of been a 10' item is less than 5'. What do I do after a year of purchase ???. It won't work without the other 1/2 of the ladder.

Bought it to leave outside yet handbook advises not to get the item wet. Control box must be defective as the product did not power on. Pending a response from Mr. Xmas. I would add more stars when I see it climb.

Easy to put together. Works great. Santa has bag of toys that lights up and plays music. Neighbors love it - especially the kids. Tall enough to reach from ground to overlap gutter. Great buy at 50% off - only down side is we do not feel comfortable to leave it in rain. We just break ladder in half an put it on porch.

Great decoration ,my only complaint is the price and quality ratio are too far apart . The santa clause clothes are cheap and the latter is not as firm for what you paying for , i dont know .

Received all parts and it functions as it should. Disappointed with the following: 1. Item cannot get wet. This is not convenient for an item labeled for outdoor use. 2. It is quite loud, especially when climbing. Had I known about these 2 issues then I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Tried it out and enjoy it but Santa is a bit loud and clunky on his climb. When he takes his steps climbing up, it really slams into the rung on the ladder. Leaning up against the house makes it sound like someone is banging a ball off the wall outside. The music that plays has a volume control and the tones of the melodies play and sound pleasant, not robotic or like a generic kids toy. The on switch has a timer position which is also nice. The ladder looks great and the whole assembly is very stable. Just wish Santa wasn’t so heavy footed.

I love this thing so much, he is AWESOME! My only quarrel is he is so FREAKING LOUD. It sounds like we have someone hammering outside our house especially on his way up. I still love him and we got him for a steal I just wish I could quiet his steps a bit as he really slams it in there. Will work on something but otherwise is just as described and quite the novelty.

I bought this last year sidnt show up til after christmas so didnt even open box just stored with other chrostmas decorations. Went to set it up and missing the control box and plug in plus the 2 supports for bottom of the ladder.

Bigger than expected, look like a real Santa. I will recommended it

We have only had it up a few days but so far so good. Set-up for very easy as the pieces are well designed. For example the ladder is 5 different sections that go together with a simple push. It gets a lot of comments from our neighborhood and our kids enjoy it. The only item preventing 5 star review is noise and a bit clunky with Santa's climbing. I'm sure engineering those items out comes at a price, but it could be an issue for some depending on where you want to install. Ours is against the garage far from occupied rooms in the house, but you can certainly hear it while in the garage.

I love him but he can only stay on for so long without getting tired but everybody loves him. Just keep things out of his way

Really like the Santa Claus climbing a ladder but my neighbors didn't care for him too much because he made a lot of noise going up-and-down the ladder and it kept me Awake at night and so I took him back but he was really cool looking and He looked nice going up-and-down the ladder but I couldn't handle the noise he made
