I’m only reason I’m even giving 2 stars are because the lights are beautiful. I returned this item as the branches were hard to move, it wasn’t very full resulting in bare spots and the wire was on the outside of the branches and very noticeable plus some lights were sticking up away from the branches. Very disappointed.

It’s a beautiful tree! Nice and full. Easy to setup to your Alexa app. Very beautiful colors!! My only two complaints are that the brightness is a bit too bright for a small space, I wish you could control the brightness. I also wish there was a “warm white” color, it would soften it up a bit instead of only having the bright white. Still giving 5 stars as it is an awesome, convenient, and fun thing to have and the tree, for an artificial tree is very pretty. We love it!

I got this tree on sale and I was very excited for it. It’s not a bad tree. It’s very sensitive anything that taps it it makes the lights turn on white. I walk past it and touch it and the lights turn on white at the bottom only. It’s very sensitive but it does what it says. It works with Alexa and it changed colors and a few different settings.

LOVE our Mr. Christmas Tree. So easy to put up and always lovely to look at with all the light options. Great price too!

Tree is decent however the base came broken. Asked BB to send a new base. They will not. Said I'd have to return the whole thing.

Tree was very easy to put together. There is a stand and the tree is in three pieces. Setting it up for Alex’s was a bit of a challenge. The instructions tell you to scan the bar code on the label, but that doesn’t work. I was able to get the Alexa appl to recognize the tree and now she easily follows commands. Total time for set up and Alexa about 30 minutes. Shipping time was slow. Took a week longer than promised by Best Buy’s customer service.

The tree was delivered weeks after I ordered. This was after I called Best Buy twice to make sure they weren’t cancelling the order. Once I set it up the top part, it wouldn’t work. I found a loose wire that kept falling out. I was able to get it to work for a few minutes. Looked beautiful. But, it was too expensive of a tree for me to keep when it had a defect straight out of the box. I contacted the company and it took them 12 days to even respond. Best Buy couldn’t even guarantee that I would have a replacement in time for Christmas. So, I returned it. I let the company know how much of a disappointment it was and I still haven’t gotten a response.

Works as described and let's wonderful! Voice controls work well and the lights are bright and colorful

Worst tree ever. Never works right. Bulbs are never the color they are supposed to be. They blink and blow out constantly. I can't believe it cost me $400

I was so excited to purchase this tree with the understanding that Alexa and phone would control the device. After waiting over a month for the tree to finally arrive I unpacked it and set it up. Lights out in the back of the tree without even ever using it. It would not connect to phone or scan and wouldn't connect to Alexa either. Very disappointed with it as it is a nice tree otherwise but I don't fee I should have to have paid full price for something that isn't what it is advertised as. I contacted your store in Duluth and they had no idea what to do as you do not stock this item and they told me it would take up to a month to get another and to try to contact Mr. Christmas itself which I did with no response back from them at all. At this point its too close to Christmas to do anything else. Wondering if another could be sent in replacement and then I will return defective. This has been a very stressful experience as I do want to have the Christmas tree up until Christmas but would also like to have one that does what it is supposed to do. We tried both Iphone and also Android phones. Neither would connect. Please advise on a solution with this.

Great looking tree. Sets up easily. The connection to Alexa took some effort, but when done, it is terrific.
