Love this tree!!!! Easy to connect and set up and looks great!!

Hi Ho Ho. Perfect tree for Christmas at a great price

Pretty easy to set the tree up and connect to Alexa. Wish there was more lighting options. Overall, the family loved it.

Pruchased for christmas but when it was set up lights in the lower half did not light. the rest of the tree looked great and tried to exchange bulbs but no matter what we tried we couldnt get it to work. Returned .

Garbage JUNK Not dependable hard to program and mine stopped responding to alexa after 1 week...Not available anywhere to get a replacement ... I think it needs lots of work .. Now I have to undecorate it and take it back for a refund... GERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Love the tree but was not able to connect it to Alexa. Not happy about that.

Light colors very cheap looking. White was too blue, yellow was too yellow etc. Loved the ability to change colors, off and on via Alexa. Great idea but inadequate execution. Ended up returning the tree.

So many settings and one button… not a fan of clicking a button 30+ times to turn the tree off. I was also sad the white lights were so blue tinted and didn’t fit in with any of my other white lights. Honestly it’s a great tree besides those things.

It came without a power power cord. I have no clue what it looks like lit up. The branches didn’t look good. Best Buy told me I could return or exchange. All stores within 100 miles won’t have it in stock for over a week. Decided to have a courier pick it up today and get a tree elsewhere. Best Buy told me it would be picked up today. I came home from work tonight, and it’s still on my front porch. Highly disappointed in the quality of the tree and Best Buy.

Beautiful tree with many color combos. It works with Alexa.

Love the tree the family changed the lights often to enjoy all the settings. Im glad I found this tree looks real and no allergies from it is a bonus. Cant say enough about how the different light settings look good with added bonus of alexa doing it for you.

I ordered this Christmas tree for last Christmas and it kept getting delayed time and time again, I only received it 2 weeks before Christmas. The tree is very expensive and isn’t as full or wide as expected even after fluffing multiple times to try and improve it. I get it out this year and when asking it to change colors a bunch of lights at the top do not turn the correct color and are flickering when they shouldn’t be. Not worth the money.

I definitely had trouble scanning the code for the Alexa voice. You are honestly paying for the Alexa voice , but it is a pretty tree. Just wouldn’t pay $400 for one again. It does some with a button to change the colors on the tree.

Bought this for next year, have not opened the box as of yet

The tree is fun! Setup took a couple of attempts, which might frustrate some.

Nicer than I expected, good looking tree when lit up

I got a tree and assembled it but the electrical connection in section B is broken. When B is connected to A it lights up, but when i connect C to B, C doesnt light up. When i omit B and connect C to A, then C lights up, thus showing that the faulty section is the upper connection of B, or, the wire in between the top and bottom connectikns of B. I tried ti find the triubleshooting but nowhere to be found ither than Alexa. Very disappointed.
